Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Memo Cash and Carry, we serve both business (B2B) and individual (B2C) customers.
Our returns policy differs depending on the type of customer placing the order.

2. Consumer (B2C) Returns – UK Customers

If you are purchasing as a consumer (not for business purposes), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Your Right to Cancel

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Goods must be in resalable condition.

  • Certain items (such as perishable goods, hygiene products, or custom items) may be excluded from return where permitted by law.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Business (B2B) Returns

For customers purchasing for business or trade purposes:

  • Returns are accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods only.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence may be required.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and verify claims before approving a return.

Non-faulty goods ordered by business customers are not eligible for return unless agreed in writing.
